It was confirmed that Warner Bros. Discovery rejected Paramount Skydance's $20 offer, which is LOW for a "per-share" thing.
And even NETFLIX downplayed rumours of it acquiring WBD.
So, Paramount Skydance is now trying to recruit Apollo Global Management to continue its bid.
