Who remembers the Sports theme from Windows 98 Plus?
Well, if you do, Microsoft should've evolved it over their OS releases but didn't.

So what I did was evolve their wallpaper (background image) into what you see now, if Microsoft kept the nostalgic image (of a surfer) and evolved it with people's favourite sports.
