Paramount is making a run for it!

So, Wall Street Journal, Reuters and other News outlets reported that Paramount SkyDance is making a bid for Warner Bros. Discovery, backed by the Ellison Family.
No offer has yet to be made, and the deal could fall apart, even with United States AntiTrust concerns as well.
But in 2026, Warner Bros. Discovery would complete it's proposed break-up of the entire company into Warner Bros. and Discovery Global, respectively.
